Office Policies
Our Mission
At Dentistry for Kids, we are dedicated to providing your child with the very best dentistry available. The dentists and staff are experts at dealing with children's concerns and calming their fears while treating their dental needs.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Appointments
Appointments are an important part of your child's treatment. This time has been reserved specifically for you to speak with the doctor and for your child to receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your child's appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your child's appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation. Multiple missed appointments may result in dismissal from the office.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Payment Options
Dentistry for Kids strives to provide affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your child's treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service. Likewise, if you have any questions, please ask a member of our staff, and we will review your payment options with you.
Affordable Financing
Don't let finances stand in your way of giving your child the beautiful, healthy smile they deserve! We are pleased to offer third-party financing through CareCredit with a $0 down payment and low monthly payments. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for services over a period of time, making your child's treatment more affordable.

Insurance Policy
We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
